How to Delete Your Data
You may request complete deletion of your personal data from Selah Collective at any time. This includes your account information, order history, and any audit reports associated with your account.
Option 1 — Email Request
- Send an email to info@selahcollective.studio
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Include the email address associated with your Selah Collective account (and, if applicable, the Facebook account you used to sign in)
- We will confirm receipt and process your request within 30 days
Option 2 — Remove Facebook App Access
If you connected your account via Facebook Login, you can revoke our app’s access through your Facebook settings:
- Go to your Facebook account settings
- Navigate to Security and Login → Apps and Websites
- Find Selah Collective and click Remove
Note: Removing the Facebook app connection revokes our access to your Facebook profile but does not automatically delete data already stored in our systems. To delete all stored data, please also send an email request as described in Option 1.
What Gets Deleted
Upon a verified deletion request, we will remove:
- Your account (name, email address, hashed password)
- Purchase and order history
- Audit reports associated with your account
- Any host notes or listing IDs you provided
We may retain certain transaction records as required by applicable law (e.g., for tax or accounting purposes) for up to 7 years.
