1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of audit reports and related services provided by Selah Collective (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Nature of Reports

Selah Score™ Audit Reports are informational and educational products designed to help short-term rental hosts identify optimization opportunities for their Airbnb listings. Reports are not financial advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of any specific outcome, revenue level, or business result.

Recommendations in your report represent our analytical interpretation of available data at the time of generation. Actual results will vary based on market conditions, listing quality, host execution, platform algorithm changes, and factors outside our control.

3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Revenue, occupancy, and pricing estimates in your report are derived from third-party data models and are not guarantees of actual performance. Selah Collective makes no warranty as to the accuracy of market data. Specifically, this data:

• Is not verified or audited by Selah Collective
• May be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated at the time of analysis
• Represents estimates and approximations, not statements of fact
• Reflects market conditions at the time of report generation and may not represent current conditions

4. Ownership and Authorization

By submitting a listing for analysis, you represent and warrant that you are the owner or authorized property manager of that listing and have the right to authorize Selah Collective to access and analyze it.

You also authorize Selah Collective to reproduce thumbnail images from your submitted listing solely for inclusion in your private property analysis report. This authorization is limited to report delivery and does not grant any broader rights.

If you submit a listing you do not own or manage, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Selah Collective against any claims arising from that unauthorized submission, including intellectual property claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees.

5. Report Use

Reports are for your personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or published without written consent from Selah Collective.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selah Collective shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, any report or recommendation we provide. This includes but is not limited to:

• Lost revenue or lost bookings
• Business decisions made in reliance on estimated performance data
• Investment or property acquisition decisions informed by competitive benchmarks
• Pricing changes that do not produce the expected result

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a report purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that report.

7. Report Delivery

Reports are typically delivered within 2 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary during periods of high demand or if third-party data services experience disruptions. We will notify you by email if your report is delayed beyond 4 hours. If we are unable to generate a report for your listing due to data unavailability, we will issue a full refund.

8. Refund Policy

Because reports are custom-generated digital products, we do not offer refunds after a report has been delivered. If your report was not delivered within 24 hours of purchase, or if we were unable to generate a report for your listing, please contact us at info@selahcollective.studio.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Privacy & Data

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what personal data we collect, how we use it, and how long we retain it.
