Selah Collective (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates selahcollective.studio and related services. We provide short-term rental listing audit reports to Airbnb hosts. Questions about this policy may be directed to info@selahcollective.studio.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Account information: Your name and email address, provided directly or via a third-party sign-in provider (Google, Facebook).
• Payment information: Billing details processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card numbers on our servers.
• Listing data: The Airbnb listing ID you submit for analysis and any host notes you provide.
• Usage data: Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process payments and deliver purchased audit reports
• Communicate with you about your order or account
• Improve our services and troubleshoot technical issues
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Sign-In (Facebook, Google)

When you sign in using Facebook or Google, we receive only the information you authorize through those platforms — typically your name and email address. We do not receive your social media passwords or access your posts, friends list, or any data beyond what is required to create and authenticate your account.

We request only the email and public_profile permissions from Facebook Login.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. Audit report content is retained indefinitely so you can access past reports at any time. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use session cookies necessary for authentication. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. Our authentication provider (Better Auth) sets a session cookie to keep you signed in across page visits.

7. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To request data deletion or export, email us at info@selahcollective.studio with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” We will process your request within 30 days.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and secure credential storage. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe and is PCI-compliant.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted with a revised “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
